I have just gotten Steve's new video, #1 in a series, "Foraging with the 'Wildman,'" Wild Edible Basics, and I have to tell you, it was awesome.

The video was very professionally done, extremely educational, with a lot of Steve's humor to keep you wanting more. The pictures alone would make it a must have, but his explanations and tips for identification are excellent.

So many of the videos out there are dry in humor, boring at times, educational but lacking in the quality necessary for positive identification, more like a home video with someone ad-libbing. This was not the case here.

Also the fact that he takes us into his kitchen, shows us his cupboards and stashes of wild edibles, and cooks a meal for us. The only thing missing was the tasting of the meal, geez Emeril lets you taste, LOL.

Seriously this video was great and I can not wait for the next one. He has 2 more in the tail end of making.
